About the Blog

Within a few months of beginning keto I started a food blog called "Jen's Keto Eats". I was constantly on the look out for recipes that could easily be adjusted to low-carb options, especially baked goods.

I gave my blog a face lift in May 2014 to renew both my interest in it and motivation to eat better. So far, it has worked.

Most of the posts on this blog will consist of recipes, however, I will be doing the occasional featured post, some of my cats, and so on. I also take suggestions and requests.
